I, the undersigned participant do hereby execute this release, waiver & indemnification:
That I, release the Honda Philippines, Inc. its members, employees agent, representatives, and those government agencies and other organization affiliated with these exercises from any liability, loss, damage, cost, claims, and or cause of action, including but not limited to all bodily injuries and property damage arising out of participation in the motorcycle safety exercises referred to the above operation and use by the undersigned participants. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify the Honda Philippines, Inc. its employees, members, agents, representatives and those government agencies and other organizations affiliated with this project, and hold them harmless for any liability, loss, damage, cost, claims judgement or settlement which may be brought or entered againts them as a result of the undersigned's participation in the said course. This indemnification shall include Attorney's fees incurred in negotiating any settlement. It is understood and agreed that the undersigned shall have the opportunity to consent to any such settlement, provided, however that such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

CODE OF CONDUCT: I do understand and agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct for the duration of the event:
> Respect: Treat all participants, Honda team, staff, and venue personnel with respect and consideration, valuing a diversity of views and opinions.
> Safety: Be mindful of my surroundings and the safety of others. I will follow all safety rules and directives issued by event officials.
> Prohibited Actions: I will not engage in harassment (including, but not limited to, homophobia, racism, or discriminatory behavior), physical violence, aggressive behavior, use illegal drugs, or consume alcohol if a minor.
> Property: I am responsible for treating the facilities, materials, motorcycle units and equipment with care and will be responsible for any damage I cause to property.
> Compliance: I agree to comply with all applicable laws and event policies.
I understand that failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in my immediate expulsion from the event, and I may be banned from future events.
